He is a principal partner of the firm, he founded the firm in 1996 and since then he is having continuous association with the firm. He is mainly handling taxation work of the firm. He is also having rich experience of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax-audits Financial Advisory, Forensic & Investigation Audits, and Management consultancy. He is also having experience of audits of Insurance Companies, Construction Companies, Liquor Traders, Hotel Industries and others.
Presently he is looking after the Direct Tax, Forensic Audit and Consultancy Division of the firm.

CA JYOTI CHOUHAN
(M.COM., FCA, DISA, EXECUTIVE MASTER PROGRAM – NEW AGE AUDITORS)
She had joined the firm in 2008 and since then she is having continuous association with the firm. She is having experience in the Audits of Bank, Insurance etc. She was selected for the National Scholarship. She had also completed Information System Audit Course (DISA) in June 2004. She is also having rich experience of Statutory Audits & Internal Audits, Tax-audits.
Presently She is Looking after the Assurance Division and Company Law matters. |

He had joined the firm in 2001 and since then he is having continuous association with the firm. He is having experience in the Audits of Bank, Insurance etc. He is handling the assignments of statutory audits of the banks, revenue audits of the banks and stock audit of the banks and Internal Audit of Companies. He is also having experience in finance work and management consultancy.
Presently he is Branch In charge of Indore Branch and handling all the assignment of Indore Branch. |

He had joined the firm in December 2013 and besides that he worked for 4 years as partner with M/s Praveen Gupta & Associates Chartered Accountants and having experience on the Audits of Bank, Insurance etc.
Presently he is In charge of Bokaro Office & handling the assignments of Concurrent audits, revenue audit matters. |
